History 2017-2018

The City of Moncton owes a lot to current Wildcats owner Robert Irving. Without him, the franchise would have undoubtedly folded after its inaugural season in 1995-96.Steve Bernier

Irving transformed the Alpines into the Wildcats in 1996-97, and slowly but surely, the team became a part of the city's soul.

Then, in 2004, the Wildcats reached their first final where they eventually lost to the Gatineau Olympiques in five games.
